Coco Gauff won the Linz Open title on 13 October 2019 in Austria. She became the youngest American woman to win a tour singles title since 1991 to win the Women's Tennis Association (WTA) title. Because of this win, Coco Gauff is set to become World No. 71. The previous record was set by Jennifer Capriati in 1991. Venus and Serena Williams won their first WTA titles when they were 17.
